Alumni Reunion Weekend Overview
Friday Night Social
Sutton’s | October 28 | 5:30–8:30 p.m.
- The full menu will be available (excluding double burgers and milkshakes).
- UNCBAA will provide appetizers.
- TVs will be showing the Carolina basketball game @ 7:30 p.m.
- You may attend this event even if you didn’t register.

Sunday Volunteer Event
TABLE NC | October 30 | 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- TABLE NC is located at 209 E Main Street in Carrboro.
- UNCBAA will provide a light breakfast.
- Parking is available in the lot between RISE & Armadillo Grill. If anyone needs a more accessible parking spot, there are three spots available in the gravel parking lot behind TABLE’s building.
- You may attend this event even if you didn’t register.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where is registration?
The first registration period will be at the Indoor Practice Facility (see map below) from 3:00–3:30 p.m. There will be a second registration opportunity from 4:30–6:30 p.m. across from the Bell Tower (see map) for non-performers who wish to arrive later.
When will I get football tickets and other merchandise I ordered?
You will receive football tickets and merchandise at registration (either at the Indoor Practice Facility or across from the Bell Tower, depending on which registration you attend).
Where will I get my instrument?
If you requested an instrument, you will pick it up at registration.
How will I access the music?
FlipFolder app – we will use the FlipFolder app this year rather than printed music. Feel free to download and familiarize yourself with the app prior to next weekend. All performers will need to download the app for the reunion.
- Go to your App Store and download the FlipFolder app
- Open the app and enter your email address
- Select ‘Add a Band’ and enter 2022UNCBAA (must be uppercase with no spaces)
- Select your instrument, then scroll down and select Finish
- Download all songs – this is best done when you are using WiFi
- Once the tunes download, you can use the app to pull up your part for any tune in our library

Other Info
Everyone but trombone and piccolo players should have a lyre for their instrument. We will provide lyres to those who use our instruments as well as phone holders for everyone.

What do I wear on Gameday?
Performers – The UNCBAA ¼ zip included in your registration will be your gameday uniform. We ask that you wear the UNCBAA ¼ zip over your clothing during any combined performance times (dependent on the weather of course).
Where do we meet for the pregame performance?
Alumni performers will march with or follow the Marching Tar Heels when they march to the stadium at 7:15 p.m. and will be taken to the correct pregame spot (we will discuss more at the rehearsal on Saturday afternoon).
Where do I park?
Attendees are responsible for their own parking.
